We are both really excited about the upcoming year in the Painting Room. His sign is the jet, and he will be hanging out with Mrs. Katey and Mrs. Julie.
After snapping some pictures, we headed to school. He had already made his first plan by the time we arrived - the tool bench area! He came home with a wooden sculpture he had nailed together then painted. (It seems like there are many wooden sculptures in our future. Hmmmm . . . maybe some Christmas presents?)
When I picked him up at 12:30 he had this same smile on his face. We celebrated the day with lunch at McDonald's. Here's to a great year!

Oh my,our young man is growing and growing. Jackson, the jet, that is perfect. Love that sweet smile. We are so glad that you like school and your teachers. Can't wait to see that wood sculpture. Sure would like one myself, HINT, HINT. Give hugs and loves, DeeDee
Jackson looks very happy to be going back to preschool. It sounds like so much fun. I hope he will always enjoy school. I remember so much from my elementary years but crafts were the best memory! Love Emmy
